At AnointDebib Clothing and Beauty Store, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship locally within Lagos, nationwide across Nigeria, and globally to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, and Germany.

⚠️ Please note that international shipping timeframes are estimated. There are rarely deviations but if any slight one occurs due to customs clearance, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be informed/compensated.
3. EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery is available for most Nigerian orders (locally sourced and internationally sourced to Nigeria) with extra charges. This reduces the stated standard delivery timeframe. Available on request — contact us via Email or WhatsApp.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Locally sourced items — Delivered via trusted local dispatch riders. Upon dispatch, you will receive your rider's contact number for easy coordination of delivery.
US & Global Shipping — Shipped via our designated international carriers/logistics partners.
Internationally sourced items (Nigeria) — Shipped via our international suppliers' designated carriers/logistics partners.
5. ORDER TRACKING
US, Global & Internationally sourced items — You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Locally available items — You will receive your dispatch rider's contact number to coordinate and track your delivery directly.
6. FREE SHIPPING & DISCOUNTS
Nigerian Orders:
- 5% Welcome Bonus on your first order for all new customers
- 10% discount on first two Pre-paid orders for full payment
- 15% discount on all orders of 3 or more quantities
- Free shipping applies from 3+ quantities for Lagos and Interstate orders
- Free shipping on all internationally sourced Nigeria orders
US & Global Orders:
- 10% discount on 1–2 items
- 20% discount on 3+ items
- Free shipping on all US and Global orders
- (5% Welcome Bonus not applicable to US & Global orders)
All orders:
- Bulk orders qualify for special pricing — contact us via Email or WhatsApp for arrangements
- All prices are displayed in USD. Local currency display is for reference only; checkout is processed in USD
7. DELIVERY ISSUES

8. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Delivery timeframes begin after order processing (1–3 business days)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or carrier disruptions
- Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses but can only help resolve
- For customers outside Nigeria, nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence
